Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

If you cancel your reservation prior to departure, you will receive a trip credit equal to the amount of your fare that can be use for a different departure schedule within the same day.

Unfortunately, cancellations within departure time are not possible, and the fare will be forfeited.

No-Shows are also NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

Prior to your departure time, tickets purchased directly with our service may be modified to another scheduled trip provided there are seats available. Modifications can be made via the Manage Account page on the website if you sign in or by getting in touch with our customer service at booking@banffairportbus.com or (800) 974-2850. 

Please note that ticket exchange may result in an additional charge if the newly selected trip has a higher fare. Any modification made prior to the departure time of the originally scheduled trip results in a new ticket reservation. Ticket Purchased from Busbud or other Online Travel Agencies can make a changes if permitted on their account online.

Certified service animals are always welcome onboard with our service and are provided accommodation free of charge. Please note that service animals are defined as working animals. If the animal is not easily identifiable as a service animal, a driver may ask the individual to show their confirming document. Emotional support animals, which do not qualify as service animals under guidelines. Unfortunately, only certified service animals are allowed onboard Service at this time. But we have an option for passenger with pets to book a Private Transfer with us exclusively with their pets onboard.

We currently operate 7 days a week, including long weekend holidays. We’re diligently working to expand our service, aiming to offer travel options to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Jasper during summer season. Stay informed about our latest service updates by joining our mailing list.

Downtown Calgary, The Bus departs and arrives at Delta Hotel Downtown by Marriot. 

Calgary International Airport – Stay inside Door 4 domestic arrival level wait at the bench area and driver will get you when time to board at Bay 15 just outside Door 4.

 Crowfoot LRT Station (On-It Park and Ride) – Pick up and Drop off at Scenic Acres Parade.

In Canmore, Northwinds Hotel Canmore by Basecamp is the pick up and drop off location. 

In Banff, We have a Pick up schedule for HI Banff Alpine Center, Samesun Hostel, Banff International Hostel, Fairmont Banff Spring and Mount Royal Hotel. 

If your hotel is located along Banff Avenue we can definitely pick you up and drop off directly by informing us ahead on time. The Bus Departs mainly at Mount Royal Bus Terminal in Banff.
